Bouncing Screening Machine
The Bouncing Screening Machine is setting up at the front of MSW sorting machine. It could separate different size of waste, and separate them into two types or multiple waste as different size of material. Our waste sorting equipment can separate the waste fabrics, plastic bags and other sundries in the recycled aggregate of decoration waste, and can also clear out the large and medium-sized wooden blocks and plastic stool wastes. After two screenings, the impurity separation rate reached 98%.
Product Features
The equipment can effectively separate organic matter,combustible waste plastics, non-crushable metal materials and inorganic wastes from household garbage into four categories. The tumbler screen also has a bag breaking function,and the bag breaking rate reaches 85%. Compared with the traditional process equipment,this complete set of equipment greatly saves investment,has high sorting efficiency, and maximizes resource utilization.
According to the characteristics of the above equipment and the complex characteristics of solid waste, it is mainly used in the domestic construction and decoration waste front-end pre-sorting, domestic waste incineration slag light material, and some industrial waste sorting systems.
According to the different climbing ability and bouncing performance of different materials, it will be affected by the tilt angle during the screening process. Working Principle
The heavy ballistic separator is sorted material by different size/ shape/ density machine. its tough sorting used to construction waste, kitchen waste after squeezing water, paper recycling industry etc.The bouncing screen drives the sieve plate to move up and down through the eccentric shaft (crank gear, etc.), so that the solid waste on the sieve plate is shaken into heavy, rolling 3D material parts (such as plastic bottles, wood, cans, etc.) and light, The flat 2D material part (film, paper, cardboard) and the under-screen material part (sand, food residue) are convenient for subsequent processing.
